COMMUNION is an independently-owned men's and women's boutique on the corner of SE Hawthorne Blvd and 35th Place, in Portland, OR. We opened our doors in March of 2012 with the idea of bringing together fashion + economy. We wanted to provide quality, relevant fashion at affordable prices, along with an enjoyable shopping experience. We believe in the root meaning of the word (communion) and want to share in making your visit as pleasant as possible! COMMUNION offers labels from around the world, as well as plenty of local favorites. We are constantly searching for new labels and trends, in order to evolve with our customers. We understand that fashion, as well as personal needs, are always changing and we want to be part of that change!
We also take great pride in being part of our community and COMMUNION actively supports other local businesses, artisans, makers, and non-profits. We strongly believe our success depends on the support of our community and the customers we serve, therefore we do our best to give back that support! We feel lucky to be part of such a great city and an amazing retail community. We truly enjoy the variety of people that walk through our doors, whether you're a 'local' Portlander or just passing through! We have met so many great people, from around the world, and have shared a lot of great shopping experiences! We hope you will stop in and see us, as we would love the opportunity to meet you!
